Emergency Medical Services in Northern Michigan

Wherever you are in northern Michigan, medical first responders, emergency medical technicians, paramedics, and ambulance services (including basic life and advanced life support providers), are standing by ready to respond to your emergency.

Emergency Medical Service providers and their agencies work together to provide our region with quick, quality emergency care. Their work dramatically improves the survival and recovery rate of those who experience sudden illness or injury, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

A call to 911 will bring a rapid response from professionals who have been trained to help in any emergency situation. EMS professionals in northern Michigan also help keep people safe by providing medical support for special events, such as community festivals, car seat inspections, and sporting events.
